Total area of the whole territory: more than 5 hectares
The development of this project was divided into three phases
The first phase - the main area of the buildings; 2 hectares.
At this stage we designed the landscape for the three private villas and the area that unites them, where the main building with the restaurant and recreation area is located. We had two main objectives: to create an individual space for each villa and also to provide a space that could unite them together, as the owner and his friends will be relaxing on the site.
The second phase of the development emphasized the agricultural part of the site.
A private organic garden and a farm has been envisioned, where it is possible to raise chickens and a few goats. The project also includes an orchard and beds with various local crops that are used in the preparation of local Cambodian cuisine.
The third phase is the river area; a recreation area with a swimming pool
The fact is that during the floods, the river has taken most of the land over time. Therefore, bank stabilization, retaining walls and shaped arrays must be used to restore the landscape before development.
We also envisioned a large dining area where we can unite more than 100 guests, because in the customs of the "Khmer" in Cambodia on holidays it is customary to gather all relatives and friends at one table. And on one of the terraces of the future garden there will be such a seating area to unite a huge number of people and so on
