Stages: Concept and project documentation development

The concept of the project is built around the idea of a house on the lake. Indeed, there is a small island on the existing lake where the main residential house is located. Our task was to arrange the shoreline and create a comfortable space for relaxation. We have provided for numerous functional areas, such as an eco-farm, grotto, children's and sports playgrounds, gazebos, a campfire area, beaches (separate for men and women), and other zones. Developing water activities posed a separate challenge for us, such as constructing floating decks, creating a secluded fishing and sunbathing area, and offering various types of water transport (boats, catamarans).

As for the plants, we have selected a range of species that will enhance the existing landscape and reinforce our design concept.
